Hardened material · complex geometry
Hardened tool steel, thin walls, deep pockets, true position held across several set-ups — that is our normal work, not an exception we take on when the shop is quiet. Grades like SKD11, SKD61, D2, H13 and 17-4PH run here every week. Where a feature cannot be cut after heat treatment, Sodick wire-cut and die-sink EDM take it instead of asking you to relax the print, and Okamoto and Chevalier grinders bring the critical faces back to size.

Engineering and sales are the same team
Our sales staff are trained engineers, so the first reply already deals with the drawing instead of forwarding it. Feasibility, tolerance stack, fixturing, a material you want to swap — answered in the same message. You do not explain the same part three times to three people, and nothing is lost on the way from the inbox to the shop floor. Short threads, specific answers, and one contact who stays with the order until it ships.

Short lead times, because nothing leaves the building
One floor · three shifts
Milling, turning, grinding, EDM and inspection sit on one floor in Ho Chi Minh City, and the plant runs three shifts a day. A part that needs four processes never leaves our control and never waits on a courier between shops — which is where most of the days go in an outsourced chain. That is what lets us hold 3–7 days on a prototype and 7–14 on a small batch.

A written update every week, without you asking
You never have to chase the order
While an order is open you get a progress note every week: which of the seven steps the job is on, what was finished since the last note, what comes next, and anything that could move the delivery date. If a problem appears you hear about it when we find it, with the options, rather than when the ship date slips.

Quotation turnaround
Send a 2D PDF and a STEP or IGES file with the quantity and the target date. Feasibility and price come back inside one business day, reviewed by an engineer. If something on the print is missing or contradictory we ask one specific question the same day instead of quoting around it and correcting the price later.
