Where our parts ship

Prints arrive in inches. Our shop floor works in millimetres, and every conversion is documented and verified rather than assumed — a US print does not get reinterpreted here. Inspection reports carry both inch and millimetre values, so nothing needs re-reading on your side before it goes into your supplier file. The work is mostly aerospace ground support tooling, industrial machinery parts, and jigs and fixtures.

Japan is the market that set the habits the rest of the factory now runs on: first article approved before the batch, patrol inspection during the run, and a non-conformance reported with numbers rather than an apology. Mould and die components in hardened tool steel, wire-cut and ground to size.

Fasteners, bolts and bearing jigs for East Asian assembly lines, including rolled thread for load-bearing parts, plus electrical cabinet components and small automation machine parts. Korean programmes tend to arrive as a repeat schedule rather than a one-off batch, which is what the three-shift plan is built around.

Precision components for European cargo bike manufacturing, optical mounts and audio equipment chassis. European buyers ask for the paperwork first, so mill test certificates to EN 10204 3.1 are available on request and no grade is substituted — not even an equivalent one — without written approval. Our ISO 9001:2015 certificate is issued by URS in the UK and can go straight into your supplier file.

Machined components for the Vietnamese oil and gas sector, jigs and fixtures for local assembly lines, and short-run work where being an hour from the plant matters more than the unit price. Domestic customers are welcome to walk the floor while their job is running — tell us a date and we will arrange the pass.
